Kane Research Limited was Incorporated in Cardiff on the 30th January 1990 to provide IBM mainframe technical expertise and programming services to businesses based in Europe and the USA.

Today Kane Research is an internet invention company developing tools and solutions for businesses throughout the world. Over 30,000 small businesses create email letterheads each year via onlineletterhead.com and almost as many make email business cards via beemailcard.com.

In 2005 Kane Research began work began on a revolutionary web based website builder code named "swift" which not only created the graphic elements but words about the visitors company, industry and location.

PageMakerOnline.com was launched to a global audience in November 2007. Derivatives of the PMO system have been developed for specific industry sectors within Great Britain namely fabGB.com for the Metal fabrication industry and haulageGB.com for the road transport industry.
